Representative from the WFG26 and WFG governing body attended the Toughest Firefighter alive (TFA) Southern Africa Open Championship 2025 in Goerge, South Africa, to promote the upcoming WFG26 and strengthen international collaboration among firefighter communities.

The event took place at the Garden Route Mall from 9-11 October 2025, it featured intense competitions showcasing the strengths of some of the world’s finest firefighters.
